At Applus+ we design and implement state-of-the-art digital solutions to make our internal operations more efficient. The digital technologies we incorporate into our projects help create new cutting-edge, value-added services, and we constantly seek innovative solutions that harness the potential of digitalisation to improve the customer experience.
In 2021, several innovative training projects were launched in the Applus+ Automotive Division. In these projects, we used digital tools to boost internal talent and provided quick and effective training for new employees. One of these was the 3D training tool, which allowed us to simulate a vehicle inspection, practise inspection methods, evaluate possible defects and learn independently and remotely.
We have also digitised several vehicle inspection (MOT) stations to optimise the management of the centres, as well as the obtainment, processing, transfer and traceability of inspection data. This was all made possible thanks to aSeller+, a tool that centralises information and can be used with all our applications and programmes. It allows us to understand, analyse, categorise and optimise all our processes - including notifications, customer alerts, appointments, payments, reports and the inspection itself. All this helps keep the user at the core of the business.
